As stated on the terms agreed to at signup, if the member does not want to continue their membership, it is the member’s responsibility to cancel their plan prior to the next billing.  

Therefore, since all the control is in the hands of the member, we do not provide refunds.  However, we realize ‘life’ happens, so we are happy to transfer any un-used time to another vehicle.  Just CLICK HERE to contact us with the details of your request.

After canceling, you will be able to wash until the date through which your plan is paid.  For example, if your plan is paid through June 15th, and you cancel on June 2, you can still wash until June 15th.
