You can place your Jax & Jilly’s Unlimited Club membership on Pause.
Pause Policy
- Allowed up to 2 times per year
- Minimum pause length of 30 days
- Maximum pause length of 9 months
- No charge to place an account on pause
How to Place Your Membership on Pause
- Log into your account
- Under the Vehicle Information section, click the PAUSE button
- Select the date you would like the pause to begin
- Select your return/reactivation date
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- Return to the Vehicle Information section and confirm the membership shows as paused
- Check your email for the confirmation message
How Billing Works During a Pause
While your membership is paused:
-You will not be billed
-Any unused days remaining on your membership will be saved and added back once the pause ends
Your membership will automatically reactivate on the return date you selected.
Example
If your billing date is March 21 and you place your membership on pause on March 1, you would still have 20 unused days remaining.
If your membership is scheduled to reactivate on June 5, those 20 days will be added back and your next billing date would become June 25.
Need to Return Earlier?
You may reactivate your membership earlier than your selected return date at any time after the 30-day minimum pause period has been completed.
